Old Stage Farmstead Cheese is made by pressing fresh curd into large wheels, vacuum sealing the wheel into a bag and allowing it to sit for over a year before it is cut into pieces. The aged cheese is delicious on its own, as an addition to a charcuterie board or can be use in cooking!
