This brand new cheese is our take on a Mozzarella style cheese. We pressed the MOO's-arella curd into a variety of molds, allowed them to set overnight and then cut into bricks that are great for use in cooking or as a quick snack!
Pasteurized Whole Milk, Salt, Rennet, Cultures
