Our ground beef flavor profile is unique. We raise our animals to consume as much grass as our northern environment allows. When needed, we supplement their diet with our own farm produced forages. Exercise and fresh air are available to them year-round. We do not rush their growth in order to get them processed to meet a time frame. We select our beef animals from our herd, when we feel they are at prime readiness for market. It is most common to remove prime cuts of meat before beef is ground. We include these cuts in our ground beef to create a better quality, better tasting product.
Our beef is approximately 85% lean.
This product is vacuum sealed and processed in a USDA Inspected Facility.
